With his bright green shell, big eyes and cheerful smile, Finley is a giant, friendly hot air balloon who brings joy wherever he flies. Drifting gently across the skies, he delights crowds of all ages—especially kids—who can’t believe their eyes when they see a turtle floating overhead!

Finley loves meeting new friends and is ready to make a special appearance in Victoria as part of the Art of Flight Festival.
